How do I place my orders?
You simply click on the icon "Add to Cart" and you orders will be collected in your online cart. Some products will have the icon "Choose". You may click that and a variety of products will pop out and you may click the icon "Add to Cart" to add in your orders.
A shopping cart box will appear at the bottom right of your screen. You will see the total amount of products you purchased. When you are done, you may click on the "Checkout" icon and you will be directed to a page that shows the details of your purchase. Here, you can either choose to continue to shop or send an inquiry or cancel your orders or complete your purchase by clicking on the icon "Checkout". When you click "Checkout", you will be asked to create an account (new customers) or key in your email & password for existing customers.
What are the different modes of payment accepted at Organotrix?
We accept payments through Bank Transfer.
Can I trace/track the status of my order?
Yes. Upon processing your payment, an email notification will be sent to you. Thereafter, we will update you periodically on the status of your order through email.
How long does it take for my order to be proccessed?
Upon confirmation of order and proof of payment, the products will undergo stringent Quality Control inspection before it is being dispatched. All orders are shipped and home delivered within approximately 3 - 5 working days after dispatch of the shipment.
What are the procedures for cancelling my order(s)?
If you wish to cancel your order after the payment has been done, you should contact us immediately. However, if your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
