The most popular type of tea in South Asia. These tea leaves are sent through a machine that crush, tear and curls them into small pellets to deliver a high quality rich brown brew and a distinctive flavour.

This tea is most popularly taken with milk  - the classic Chai.

Directions :
Step 1 – Place one teaspoon of tea per cup in a pot.
Step 2 – Pour boiling water onto the pot.
Step 3 – Allow infusion for 3-5 minutes and then strain.
Step 4 : Add sugar or milk as desired.
